 * How do I end this plugin AND NOT be outfrozen from wp-back, wich was happened
   this week.
 * I see that Shamin havent answer the question for a long time.
 * So if anybody else could help

 * Log into your site’s FTP server and rename the “advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha”
   folder to something like “OLD-advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha.”
 * It’ll deactivate the plugin and you should be able to log in normally.
