    Hi @lencjj ,

    First of all, Ending Soon email is a PRO plugin feature. If you have PRO plugin, then please send your email using the form available here as this forum is only for queries related to free plugin.

    And since you have asked, this feature will require to set a specific CRON and will then work if specific setting inside PRO plugins are enabled.
