 * hello
    i’m testing your plugin, which btw. fits exactly my needs, and i noticed
   a problem while creating a ticket: no matter i want to create it as guest or 
   registedred user, i see only an endless loading gif … and nothing else 🙁 may
   i’ve missed something in plugin-config?
 * – my theme is standard theme 2017
    – my wp-version is latest (5.2.2 ) as all 
   of my plugin’s

 * It may be conflicting with your theme or another plugin. 
    To identify this, 
   please deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue exists.  If the issue
   stops after disabling a plugin, the conflict is there. Let us know how you go.
