# Endless loading

 * Hello! BookIT plugin endless loading when trying to create appointment. If you
   cancel it Appointment is going to be available for approve in admin panel.

    It might occur because of site plugins or activated
   theme conflict, So please deactivate them and recheck for this issue. To be honest,
   it is an uncommon request and while testing it on our side we did not detect 
   this endless loading. Also, please make sure that you have the latest version
   of the Bookit plugin. If these solutions are not helpful for you, you are welcome

 * I had the same issue, and was able to trace it back to not having a payment method
   selected. Make sure in _Bookit > Settings > Payments_ at least one option is 
   turned on 🙂

    Maybe
   you should make sure the Payments settings can’t save when nothing is selected?
