# Endless Loading issue

 * Hello, I believe to have setup everything correctly on my site however, whenever
   I click on the purchase button it just keeps trying to load endlessly with no
   resolve. I’ve disabled my plugins and even add Recaptcha with the correct keys.
   Still having issues on this site

 * Hi,
 * I just carried out a test in my browser. Using your link above, I was able to
   click on the button and the checkout popup window opened up for me without any
   issues.
 * This could be related to your browser cache. Make sure you clear your browser
   cache, then try again.
 * Let me know what happens.
