# Endless loop

 * Hi,
 * I have a problem on our site, using the Dokan multivendor plugin. Clicking on“
   Login” or “Sign up” results in an endless redirect loop. The error-message ist
   too_many_redirects. Permalinks are setup correctly. Everything is fine if I deactivate
   Dokan. Any idea what we can do?

 * It’s pretty tough to find out the reason behind such behavior without proper 
   debugging. This can happen due to any plugin conflict. Also can happen due to
   your hosting-related issues.
 * Would you mind having a look by deactivating all the other plugins on your site
   and keeping only `WooCommerce`, and `Dokan lite` activated? Also, keep a default
   theme like twenty-twenty or storefront and see if the issue persists.
 * Also, you can share the page’s URL here if that is a publicly visitable one to
   see if anything further could be done.
