Enhancement: control numbering by heading level

Dear plugin author(s),

Sometimes, level-2 headings aren’t numbered, but level-headings are. In these cases, I use the heading filter to remove the numbering and let the plugin re-number them, but this requires manual handing.

It’d be great if the numbering option could be controlled by heading level, so I can configure the plugin to number only H2 elements, but not H3.

Alternatively, can you provide a field to enter headings that shouldn’t be numbered specifically? This will provide greater control and required less manual work.
