# Enqueue jQuery

 * The snippet for the mailing list signup includes some JS that requires jQuery,
   but the plugin is not explicitly enqueueing jQuery. On most sites, someone/thing
   else is enqueuing jQuery, so no one notices, but jQuery must be explicitly enqueued.
   This plugin should enqueue it.
 * Would also be nice if the JS that accompanies the signup form were printed in
   the footer. That would allow us to load jQuery in the footer as well.
