There is no reason we didn’t use WP enqueue function. We used it for main JS, CSS file 😉
If you don’t see 2 file cv.css and cv.js, maybe you are using cache/autoptimize/minify plugin.
Please tell me more about the issue you had.

i tried to remove them from the header with some plugin on the repository BUT it s not detected so i am guessing it is not enqueued
