Entries are not registering

Hi. I started a contest this morning and already have several entries but so far none of them are registering. The screen just resets. It doesn’t give the referral link (yes, I have it turned on) or any indication that it has accepted an entry. I am also seeing that I have zero participants when I should already have 15 or so. Here is my giveaway.
