Episodes do not sync with Castos.com

    Hello,

    I have hosting with Castos.com and when I do a full sync the episodes upload correctly, but when I publish an episode it will not sync.
    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and turning off other plugins and nothing.
    Can you tell me what method the trigger is to Castos so I check for any server restrictions?

    Hi @stephencopley,

    This is for your AI podcast World Leaders Unveiled, correct?

    When you have a moment, try replacing the media file for one of those episodes. You should see your local drive (not your WP media library) when selecting a file. After picking the file, you’ll next see a blue progress bar showing Seriously Simple Podcasting uploading the file to Castos.

    After processing, Castos will send back a Castos-hosted media URL that you’ll see in the podcast details tab.

    If that doesn’t happen for whatever reason, send us an email at [email protected] and we can look into this further with you
