# ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED – Error

 * Hello,
 * I have set 2 pages to HTTPS, I also have these in the general settings via HTTPS.
   However, I get the following message in the Chrome Console
 * Failed to load resource: net :: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED [http://127.0.0.1/](http://127.0.0.1/).

 * You get the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED because this URL: [http://127.0.0.1/](http://127.0.0.1/)
   is a local development URL, which won’t load when accessed publicly. Please replace
   the URL to this resource with the actual URL that is publicly accessible, that
   should resolve your problem.
