# ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

 * Hi,
    With the newest version of Ultimate Member (2.2.4) installed on my site,
   my site is inaccessible and get the error “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” I reverted to 
   version 2.2.2 and my site is now visible and working correctly.
 * Any ideas why this might be happening?

 * Did you try to activate debug.log and the error log file? Maybe there are some
   issues on your website after upgrade to 2.2.4.

 * Could you check if there are some errors in debug.log file if you activate the
   contacts in wp-config.php file and install 2.2.4 again?

 * So, I think that the culprit is some code changes since version 2.2.2 that now
   don’t play well with another plugin: “Password Protected Categories” by [Barns2 Plugins](https://barn2.co.uk/)
 * Your help would be appreciated. I could send you the plugin file if needed
