# ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE when editing page

 * Hi! I’m making my first website so I hope I can explain my problem despite my
   low experience.
 * I started getting “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE The server closed the connection without
   sending any data” a few days ago (I guess it was after the latest wordpress update).
   
   This is really weird because it doesn’t happen all the time. And when it happens
   it’s only when editing a few pages, mostly this one [http://ines-dinis.com/portfolio](http://ines-dinis.com/portfolio),
   or when I edit my theme.
 * I wait a few seconds and I can acess the site again. I access the dashboard to
   try again, but I keep getting the error when I edit that page.
 * I’m using a Child Theme of Twenty Twelve, but I believe that’s not the problem.
   
   This also happens both in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, so it’s not a 
   browser issue.
 * I don’t know if this a problem with the page, some script, or even my hosting
   provider.
 * I hope someone can give me a little help.

 * Update: The cause of this appears to be a new server rule being applied by GoDaddy.

 * I suggest you contact GoDaddy and ask them about it.
