# Erratic Behavior

 * I am trying to create a site using Gutenberg. I am using SiteOrigin North theme.
   First of all, the layout is a little confusing to me. I created a hero from the
   Nayn Cat and it shows fine. When I Start now and create a couple of slides the
   hero does not show. There is just an empty box. If I select a background image
   from the Display Setting section the background shows but not the text from the
   slides. I have this error code in the console. TypeError: jQuery(‘#particles-
   js4’).sliderX is not a function. (In ‘jQuery(‘#particles-js4′).sliderX()’, ‘jQuery(‘#
   particles-js4′).sliderX’ is undefined)

 * We have tested Slider hero using the SiteOrigin North theme but could not find
   any error anywhere including the browser console. It could be another plugin.
   Can you try creating a new slider from Slider hero and test it? If the problem
   persists, please send the page link to quantumcloud<at>gmail.com so we can check.
