 * Hi,
 * I have the license of Nobuna ([https://www.nobuna.com/](https://www.nobuna.com/)),
   installed the Nobuna Plugins Manager 2.6 and used the API keys provided by the
   company
 * However, when I check server connection, I get unknown error 04. Also, the Backup
   and Downloads folder constantly spins around.
 * I disabled my plugins to detect any conflict between them and the one is causing
   this is your plugin.
 * Is there any way you could update the plugin to solve the issue?
 * Many thanks

 * [@pedrosuarezweb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pedrosuarezweb/) – Hmm,
   in all honesty this plugin is extremely simple. I can’t forsee any of our code
   actually interfering with a process like that.
 * We only do 2 things here:
    1. Add fields to the nav menu editor so you can select
   who sees what. 2. Filter what nav menu items are allowed to be rendered for another
   user.
 * We don’t have file system interactions, we don’t filter remote requests (API
   calls), we don’t interact with other plugins in any way.
 * Also the site you purchased from is basically a pirated software shop, so you
   really can’t trust anything coming from them ultimately to not have been modified
   or have back doors to your site added. That said I don’t personally know of this
   particular shop, but have dealt with several like it before and all of their
   code said it was latest version, virus free etc, all had backdoor code that allowed
   them to compromise sites. Just an FYI.
 * I’m not sure there is much we can do here. You would likely need to find out
   from them why their functionality is failing (not what plugin is causing it).
   Without knowing the why, there is no way I can tell you how our plugin could
   cause that interaction if at all.
 * Hope that helps.

 * Hi danieliser,
 * Many thanks for your answer! It was really helpful.
 * I will really take into consideration anything you have recommended and probably
   avoid using those kind of sites as is better to play always safely.
 * Regards
