 * It looks like the error message is created by “civicrm”, so there could be a 
   conflict there. Can you tell me more about what that plugin does on the specified
   page?

 * We are trying block that page to only logged in users and redirect them to the
   registration page.

 * The link seems to be working now, did this get fixed?
 * Without more information, unfortunately it is hard for me to say why the “civicrm”
   plugin adds an error message on pages you try to restrict with Restrict User 
   Access, but there is most likely an incompatibility somewhere.
