# Error 104

 * Hello,
 * My zapier account has connection problems. (zapiler.com)
    I am able to connect/
   login through pardonm.com/wp-admin/
 * But the zapier app gets error:
    authentication failed: (‘Connection aborted.’,
   error(104, ‘Connection reset by peer’))
 * So far,
    I updated wordpress to the latest verion 4.9.4 I deleted all plugins
 * One interesting thing (maybe that gives clue for people who has the knowledge):
   
   I copied pardonm.com to pardonm.com/b
 * And here (at pardonm.com/b) zapier doesnt have any connection problems.

 * Can you test if you will still have the issue if you log in through a different
   browser? You can also try force refresh of the webpage.
 * If the issue is not local, it may be connected to the php version on the server,
   can you try to switch php versions as well?
