 * What version of the plugin are you running?
 * Also, the version of PHP and WordPress.
 * Finally, can you try disabling other plugins and switch the theme to the basic
   WP 2016/2017 theme – if the error disappears then it means you’re running into
   a conflict with a plugin or the theme.

   having a priority attached? The error message looks like its related to priorities.

 * yes I think
    but I disabled the priority box , however it has been remained tick
   in below items in priority box :
 * Show On Front End?
    Show In Column List? Color-code Ticket Header?
 * I removed thease check mark and the error has gone
