 * Wanted to see if you had reached out to us yet and had this resolved?
 * We know there was a bug which affected Multi-site but this has been fixed up –
   can you let me know if you’re running version `6.4.2` on those sites now?
 * Once we get everything back on track, we’d love to see a few more of those stars
   filled in.
