Same with me. The dropdown menu is no longer working. I upgraded for support to take a look at it. But so far haven’t received a reply. I’m going to roll back to the previous version.
That’s what I did. I had to restore from backup and everything works ok using the previous version of NextGen.

Have you shared with us a bug report on that matter?
It’s not ok to create this reviews before validating that the plugin was the cause of the problem.
