# Error

 * Two things:
    There is no front end way for people to ask their questions on the
   product page? (i.e. how do I get questions from people directly on that page 
   for that product?)
 * The second thing is: I loaded up, added a question … yet it is pulling through
   the “short description” as the answer on the front end. The short description
   is from another product, yet appearing as an answer to the question.
    The back
   end shows the answer I put, but the field appears to be using the short description
   from that one product across ‘answers’ displaying on the front end.

 * First thing, We have currently no plan to add the people asking FAQ feature for
   the free version. But we have a plan for it.
 * Second thing, Can you please send us the configurations of FAQs and your issues
   as images, you can send us links to preview the images. It will help us to solve
   your issue quickly.

 * Well i tried another question and answer plugin now. Then i deactivated and reactivated
   this one (your product) and the put a question without an answer. It doesnt show
   anything as an answer… so it appears that the issue seeems to be resolved.

   you for replying. I think i am going to have to try another plugin though… as
   at present i would like to offer the opportunity for people to ask questions 
   from the front end when looking at the product. Thank you

   feature. But currently, we are not going to put this in our free version right
   now.
