 * Recently I had a problem with users downloading files with the ERROR “There was
   an error trying to send your message.
    Please try again later.” How can I solve
   this situation?

 * EBD is using standard wp functionality to send emails. The issue should have 
   something to do with your email system or system internals. Could you also please
   provide us the following information on the page you are experiencing issues 
   on:
    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
   2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully 3. Shortcode
   and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeeding
