I believe it wasn’t the same issue @musicletter 🙁 I have been hoping to see your issue with someone’s else but it seems it is actually really only you. Please make sure that somehow you don’t have the plugin installed many times (even though that shouldn’t happen).
Also I think you are using IIS (Windows) to host your website, and it is known to have many issues in general, in many different ways: https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/comments/sg7a2t/wordpress_on_iis_why_is_not_recommended/
