# ERROR

 * Hello,
 * I am having a few issues with my site.
 * Number 1: The “shop settings” tab for vendors on my site is not showing on their
   dashboard, i have looked over all capabilities and everything seems to be checked
   to allow this.
 * Number 2: When vendors are clicking on “connect to stripe” button it is coming
   up with a error saying “ensure the uri exactly matches one of the uris specfied
   in your application settings”
 * Look forward for someone to shine some light on this for me please.

 * I understand that you are experiencing a few issues related to vendor settings/
   configuration on your site.
 * Kindly clarify which plugin you are using to enable vendors on your site, as 
   this is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core.
 * Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report 
   which you can find via **WooCommerce** → **Status**. Select `Get system report`
   and then `Copy for support`.
 * Once you have this, please share the results with us here.
