    Hello,
    My client recently connected a Business account and the setup process completed successfully. However, when I add the shortcode to the homepage, a red banner appears with the following message:

    Error: 190: You cannot access the app till you log in to www. facebook. com and follow the instructions given.

    Do you have any suggestions to resolve this issue, considering the account was connected only a few hours ago?

    Hello, this is the website info:

    WP 6.8.2
    SOCIAL FEED 4.8.9 (the latest update wasn’t available yet)

    I just updated the plugin and will reconnect the account tomorrow.

    Will be back with an update.
