In the result application was unsuccessful with message. * It seems to be a theme or plugin conflict. I suggest you few debugging techniques. - Deactivate all plugins except ApplyOnline & then try submitting application. It will not effect data of those plugins but will help you to find out a conflicting plugin. - If above technique do not work then switch your theme to default WordPress theme to check theme related conflict & issues. - Make sure you are using latest WordPress version.
