# Error 403

 * Hi!
 * My client is getting this error:
 * GET [https://translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit2](https://translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit2)
   net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)
 * I am NOT experimenting this error from the developer side. Tried different navigators
   and is working fine. It’s only happening on his side.
 * His IP is whitelisted in our server, no 403 in logs whatsoever.
 * What can be the problem?
