 * Hello. Download Manager doesn’t work. Error 404.
    I’ve tried to deactivate all
   plugins and found that polylang is the cause of it. What to do?

 * You do not need to change your permalink setting, simply go there and click on“
   Save Changes” button and then test again.
 * Also, make sure that if you are using “download” as the endpoint then there is
   no other page on your website using the same slug/url.
 * Settings – Fixed Connection – Re-click – Save button!
    Also, have you set up 
   wordpress pseudo-static?
