# Error 404,

 * Hello, a few days ago, when I click update a post , a popup window appears with
   me the following:

 * After clicking accept, I can re- click update and post updates .
 * After disabling all plugins the problem remains , only when I turn jetpack stops
   occur. I want to keep this plugin is very useful , I need a solution to this 
   error.

 * Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment.
   Could you go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of
   the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”? Once you’ve done so you’ll
   be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the
   top of the page.
 * If you continue to experience issues after reconnecting, can you please use Jetpack’s
   Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?
 * 1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing
   at the bottom of the page. 3) Click the link that says “click here to contact
   Jetpack support.” 4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
   5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

 * I have done as you indicate me, I disconnected and reconnected wp.com but the
   error continues.
 * I’ll contact support as you indicate me see what they say.
