# Error 404 “oops something went wrong”

 * Hi im getting the message “oops something went wrong” when clicking on the subscribe
   button in the footer mailchimp form. I am getting the following error log
 *     ```
       021-05-27 22:43:19] ERROR: Form 1254 > Mailchimp API error: 404 Not Found. Resource Not Found. The requested resource could not be found.

       POST https://us17.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/lists/3703179cff/members

 * Under Mailchimp for WP > Mailchimp, if you click the “Renew Mailchimp lists” 
   button, dus that work, or does it give some error?
 * After clicking that button, if you check under Mailchimp for WP > Form > Settings,
   is a list still selected?

 * Thank you so much all sorted now. Under settings the list was not selected, after
   selecting it everything works fine now. Thank you very much.
