But when using it in my live WordPress site, it has an error 404? I could not figure out to fix it because I could not find where to edit the redirect URL of the form action. * Heres the example error I got when submitting the button: [http://mydomainname.com/.com/mydomain/mydomain/sample-form/](http://mydomainname.com/.com/mydomain/mydomain/sample-form/) * Can you help me where to fix it or edit the form action? your help and guidance are greatly appreciated. You shouldn’t have to specify a redirect URL as the form will automatically reload the page and display a success message. Now I’m trying to copy the entire site and database to my other hosting and upon testing it did not redirect to any URL but instead, it displays thank you message. I don’t know how to fix it actually or continue using the advanced forms? If you want to perform arithmetic (i.e. +, -, *, /) you’ll need to write some code.
