# error 404 when uploading

 * I get this error on clinic uploads everything was working ok until today and 
   now I get this error when the submit button is clicked. I did an upload to the
   media library of the same file no problem. the line is
 * Access to this resource on the server is denied!
 * sounds like it may be a problem with my ip address being blocked??

 * I think I found the cause
 * I added a field in the Rating form that did not exist in the entry form
 * It is behaving ok for now but I will have to keep an eye on it.

 * If you have quoted the error message correctly, it does not originate with EntryWizard
   or Ewz-Rating. Perhaps a security setting or plugin. Or you may have left the
   upload window open for long enough that your login expired.

 * Not sure why but taking out the extra field in the ratings form allowed it to
   upload again. I will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again.
    I thought
   at first the site was over it’s limits but we are suppose to have unlimited space
   on the hosting site. Dan C

 * Maybe entry forms was trying to write something to the none existing field maybe
