# Error 422: Unprocessable Entity

 * Our customers cannot seem to pay with CreditCard anymore. The following error
   has been logged, and the payment screen will not initialize:
 * 2020-08-04T08:48:50+00:00 DEBUG Creating payment object: type Order, first try
   failed: Error executing API call (422: Unprocessable Entity): The card token

 * Downgrading WooCommerce to a supported version didn’t solve the issue. Please
   help.
