# ERROR 429 while editing text content

 * Hi there,
 * Lately I’m getting an error:
    - ERROR 429 – TOO MANY REQUESTS. Website not availableThe server detected too
      many requests recently.
 * while editing the texts and SEO contents of website pages. This puts the site
   down for several minutes and makes editing impossible. Can you help to find out
   what’s wrong? I searched for a similar case but did not find any previous case
   to fix it.

 * This appears to be an issue with a poorly calibrated WAF (Web Application Firewall).
   It’s most likely a problem at the hosting level, rather than from WordPress itself.
   I’d highly recommend reaching out to your hosting provider first to sort this
   out.
