However your site name isn’t enough info for me to help you out. I didn’t receive your support request… If you wouldn’t mind please try it again. If you’re using a yahoo email address, that may be why also, as there is an issue with yahoo emails and contact forms on websites. If that’s the case you may want to use a different email. Please be sure when you fill out the form that it’s complete, that there are no error messages, and that it says the message was sent once you click “Send”. * Also, have you tried Googling the issue? It is free. And outgoing connections restricted for free hosting.
