# Error 500

 * Hi.
    I had configured plugin and did work for a while. But now when I try to 
   genetratea invoice pdf there I have an error 500.
 * Now I have disabled this plugin because it bloked email sending mechanism – no
   email to costumer was send.
 * I have read previous posts – I have ‘2018’ folder in uploads/woocommerce-pdf-
   invoices/attachments. I see there invoices that were generated before the error
   occured.
 * Mayby the problem is related with invoices number – I have deleted invoice with
   first number (1).
 * Any ideas?

 * Cause: I’ve used sign ‘/’ in invoice number format field.
    The mechanism tried
   to use this sign as a folder separator so in debug you can see that pdf invoice
   try to be created in folder name related to invoice number format field.
 * I’he replaced this sign to another.
    Everything works fine now.
