 * Regards, I don’t speak English but I try.
   I have the following problem, my posts
   are not being sent to my telegram channel.
 * I have reviewed the plugin settings and clicked the test button, and it gives
   me the following error:
 * Error: 500 (http_request_failed – cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.telegram.
   org port 443 after 9 ms: Couldn’t connect to server)
