 * I was adding a new theme to my site, and all of a sudden, it crashed. Then, I
went and visited my website (www.mahyarlaw.com) and I saw the 500 Internal Server
Error. I found out that the only way to fix it was to log in to the hosting provider
and delete the plugins. Unfortunately, I do not have access to my hosting provider,
Rackspace, because I do not know the password. Is there any way of fixing this
error without logging in to my hosting provider?

 * You have a common malware issue with this site:

 * You’re definitely going to need the password to login. It’s a quick fix, however.
Just go to your themes directory and delete the folder for the new theme.
 * Could you try doing a password reset from your host? I’m sure if you gave them
a call they would be able to help you out.

 * If you have FTP access you could use that to delete extra themes or plugin that
you think are causing the problem. But if you don’t have control panel access
I assume you don’t have FTP access either.
 * I can access your site map but not your robots.txt (assuming there is one).
 * I think you would be best off contacting the hosting provider and asking them
   to restore from backup.
