 * Hi, this problem didn’t exist in the previous version of wordpress but now it’
   happening.
    Making sure it’s not my websie internal server problem recreated .
   htaccess file . It was not corrupted. But when I upload any mp3 file in the gallery
   it imports 3 times the same file and creates error 500 problem while deleting
