# Error 500 when update plugin

 * Hi, Folks! I’m using a WordPress Multisite, in a ubuntu server running PHP Version
   5.5.9, and when I update the plugin to last version, the server return error 
   500, I disabled others plugins and just when I active or update the timeline 
   express give me this error. Any clue what could be. I’m running a local version
   in xampp and I did get this error.

 * What sort of error are you getting? What does the error say? Does it indicate
   a specific file or directory?

   no! They just give the normal message from the server.

 * IF you’re still having issues feel free to email us via the contact form on the

 * I’m not entirely sure what errror you’re seeing but would be interested in looking
   into to it for you. We would need to take a look firsthand since a 500 issue 
   can be a number of things.
