    Every time I try to update or create a new Visualizer chart, I get this error 503 message. Any ideas? My host has increased the memory on the website, but that hasn’t helped. This is the second time this has happened. I see others have posted similar issues, but there was no public sharing of what the problem is or how it is addressed.

    “Error 503. Service Unavailable

    The server is temporarily unavailable. Please check back shortly. If this problem persists, please contact our Technical Support department.”

    Thanks, Hardeep. It wasn’t a problem with the plugin in the end, but a mod_security rule. My host cleared it up and the plugin is working again. Just thought to post the response below for anyone else who might have that issue:

    “As we can see, there was а mod_security rule which resulted in that block. Its activity may cause such issues from time to time when requests sent to the server match with mod_sec rules. Sometimes such requests are false-positive.

    However, we have whitelisted the rule related to the issue, and now everything should work properly. “
