# Error

 * When I want to add items I get a whiet page with the error “Forbidden. You do
   not have permission to access this document.”
 * It doesn’t matter if I add 1 item or dozens.
 * Disabling all other plugins, or using a default WP theme doesn’t help either.
 * Any ideas?

 * This seems to me to be unrelated with the plugin.
 * I’ve personally occurred this error – in my case it was a server misconfiguration.
   I was able to get it fixed by altering the settings of the Apache ModSecurity
   module. Or an option is to disable it if you don’t need it.

 * In short my suggestion is: turn the mod_security module off.

 * WOW! You are absolutely right. I switched off mod_security and the problem is
   gone 🙂
 * So now I know this, I have to find the right settings to have it enabled again
   without causing your plugin to fail.
