# Error 999 (Unknown error)

 * Hi,
 * Each time I reply to a review and tick “Publish a copy of your reply to CusRev
   portal”, I receive the following error: “Reply could not be published to CusRev
   portal. Error 999 (Unknown error).” Why is this happening, and how can I fix 
   it?
