 * Hello
 * out of the blue or wordpress based website stopped working. Not a single page
   is loading, as well as we can not get access to the WP-Admin panel anymore. All
   that the server deilvers is the following error message.
 * RuntimeException thrown
 * A_NextGen_Data_Factory does not exist.
 * any idea how this can be fixed?

 * Sounds like a file consistency problem within NextGen Gallery plugin’s folder
   so let’s delete nextgen-gallery plugin folder by FTP then install it new to see
   if that resolves the issue.

 * Problem has been solved. Was a maleware attack to our website. The culprit set
   htaccess files that blocked the regular php files. After restoring a backup everything
   works again.
