 * Hi,
 * I’m getting the following error when using the plugin:
 * Sorry:
    – Could not find an access token for *username*.
 * I’ve triple checked everything and followed the instructions correctly.
 * Also I can’t get the client out of sandbox mode, when I submit it for approval
   it gets rejected by Instagram.
 * Any help would be appreciated.
