 * Thanks for reaching out [@haim96](https://wordpress.org/support/users/haim96/),
   and appreciate the insights into the site move. Given you’re unable to reset
   the plugin from your old site, which sounds like it had an active connection,
   please follow the steps below:
    1. Visit your site settings (Settings > General).
    2. Change your site address (URL) and WordPress address (URL) from `https://voodooplay.
       com/` to `https://www.voodooplay.com/`
    3. Press the save button.
    4. Attempt Site Kit setup once more after logging back into your site.
 * If all works as expected, we can then try to revert back, using the same approach
   as the above, but this time removing the www prefix.
 * Let me know how you get on with the above. Should you encounter any issues, we
   can perform some additional checks. To do so, please share your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png).

 * Hi,
 * thanks for the fast replay.
   i made the requested changes and still got the error
   so I opened the “site health” menu and tried to reset the site kit from there
   and that helped!
 * thanks again!

   Out of curiosity, did you perform a plugin reset after changing your site by
   adding a www prefix?
