Error adding signup. All spots are filled.

    Hello everyone!

    I receive the following error message every time someone signs up for a spot:
    Error adding signup. All spots are filled.

    The sign-up information is saved in spite of the error message.

    Any thoughts about what may be causing and/or how to fix?
