# Error: Advanced Settings

 * I cant load the Advanced Settings page.
 * This is the error message whenever I click Advanced Settings: “Cannot load sdm-
   settings.”

 * Hi, can you try the following tests.
 * -1 Deactivate all other plugins, then try again to load the Advanced Settings.
   -
   2 If the above does not help, can you disable and delete the plugin. Then install
   a fresh copy. -3 If the above does not help, what are your server specs? How 
   much memory has your host allocated to your site? What PHP version is running
   in your server?

 * Just an update to my original post.
 * Found that these plugins “Ozh’ Admin Drop Down Menu” and “W2O Admin Dropdown 
   Menu”
    were causing the problem, disabled it and alls well.
