# Error after changing permalinks setting

 * Hello I changed my permalink setting from day and name to post name and now I
   am getting this to show up for one of my blogs: [http://perfecthealthconsultingservices.com/blog/2013/03/24/addiction-a-spiritual-wake-up-call/](http://perfecthealthconsultingservices.com/blog/2013/03/24/addiction-a-spiritual-wake-up-call/)
 * How do I fix this?

 * You may need to flush your rewrite rules. If you’re not sure how to do that, 
   I wrote [this handy plugin](https://github.com/sscovil/rewrite-flush-button) 
   that makes it easy.
 * Just download as a ZIP file from GitHub, then upload via WP-Admin > Plugins >
   Upload and activate the plugin.
 * From there, go to WP-Admin > Settings > Permalinks and click the ‘Flush Rewrite
   Rules’ button.
